Service information necessary to support your telephone or network systems, such as site addresses, equipment inventories, and support ticket history.

To deliver, configure, maintain, and support the services you have engaged us to provide.
To communicate with you about scheduling, service visits, support tickets, quotes, and invoices.

SMS / Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use text messaging only for conversational, service-related communication with existing customers and for operational notifications to our own personnel. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent. We text you only if you have given us your mobile number and asked to be contacted by text, or if you have texted our business number first.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is driven by your open service requests. Messaging is low volume and conversational.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resume.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers and subcontractors who perform work on our behalf and who are bound to protect it, or where required by law. As stated above, mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and to satisfy legal and accounting requirements. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
